elivery times will begin once the payment of the transaction has been confirmed:

3 business days for deliveries in El Progreso.

3 to 5 business days for the rest of the national territory.
At the time of delivery, the person (user and/or beneficiary) receiving the order in Honduras must present a valid original form of identification: national ID card, driver’s license, or passport.
If the user and/or beneficiary in Honduras is unable to receive the product, they may authorize a third party by notifying Mi Patria via email at mipatrialatam@gmail.com or by calling our Customer Service number 3171-5366. At the time of delivery, the authorized person must present the following: a valid ID and a photocopy of the ID of the user and/or beneficiary in Honduras. This applies only to home deliveries.
If at the time of delivery the product(s) cannot be received by the user and/or beneficiary, the order will not be handed over to any unauthorized individual. Mi Patria will notify the user via email that the recipient was not available, and arrangements will be made for the product(s) to be picked up at a store designated by Mi Patria.
Cancellations may only be made within 24 hours after the purchase has been placed by notifying us via email at mipatrialatam@gmail.com. If a cancellation is requested and the product(s) have already been shipped to the beneficiary, the buyer will be responsible for the shipping costs.
Mi Patria reserves the right to restrict home delivery services in certain areas of the Honduran territory.
